About 140x60
IBPS and SBI forms want the signature image at exactly 140 × 60 pixels, with the file between 10 KB and 20 KB, signed in black ink on white paper — and NOT in capital letters, which the forms reject. This page sets the pixel size. Crop close around the ink before you resize, so the signature stays big and readable inside the small box. If the file is then over 20 KB, the compress page linked below targets the KB limit.

What the portals actually require
These numbers come from each exam's own official notice — the actual PDF, not other websites, which often get them wrong. The link to the source and the date we checked it are shown under each table.
RRB NTPC (Railway non-technical posts)CEN 07/2025 (Undergraduate)
RRB has NO photo upload. The form takes your photo live, with your camera, while you fill it in — taking a picture of an old printed photo gets the form rejected. The only image file you upload is your signature. Note the size is higher than most exams: 30 to 49 KB, not 10–20 KB. Sign in normal running handwriting — block or CAPITAL letters are rejected.

SBI uses the same four uploads as IBPS: a photo, a signature, a left thumb impression, and a short declaration written by hand in English. The signature and the declaration must NOT be in capital letters.

IBPS (the body that runs bank recruitment exams) wants FOUR separate uploads, each with its own size range: a photo, a signature, a left thumb impression, and a short declaration written by hand in English. A signature written in CAPITAL LETTERS is not accepted.

Frequently asked questions
Why does my signature look squashed?
The tool stretches your image to exactly 140 × 60 pixels, which is a wide, short box. Crop your scan close around the signature — wide and short, like the box — before resizing. A tall crop squeezed into a short box is what causes the squashed look.
The form rejected my signature in capital letters. Why?
IBPS and SBI say it directly in their guidelines: a signature written in capital letters is not accepted. Sign normally, in your usual handwriting, with black ink on white paper — then scan, crop and resize.
Is my signature uploaded?
No. Everything happens inside your browser, on your device. Nothing is sent anywhere.
Nothing is uploaded — and you can check
